Platform activity

Carvoh is an intermediary platform for vehicle listings. It enables, in particular, the publication and browsing of listings, connections between users, messages, offers and rental requests.

Unless Carvoh expressly states otherwise in a separate written document, Carvoh is neither the seller, owner nor lessor of the advertised vehicles. Carvoh does not collect the price of a sale or rental concluded between users.

Hosting

The application, its PostgreSQL database and its media storage are hosted on OVH infrastructure located in Frankfurt, Germany.

Intellectual property

Elements specific to Carvoh, including its distinctive signs, interfaces, texts, software and databases, are protected by applicable rights. Any unauthorised reproduction or use is prohibited.

Users remain responsible for the content they publish and warrant that they hold the rights necessary to use it on Carvoh.

Reporting illegal content

Content or a listing may be reported through the features provided on the platform. A request may also be sent to contact@carvoh.com, stating the URL or identifier of the content, the reason for the report and information useful for its review.
